3 interviews: recruiter asked questions to gauge general qualifications and cultural fit; two senior managers tag teamed to gauge relevant knowledge and skills, which required creating mock deliverables on the spot; director to determine cultural fit within their team.

Long and waste of time. Waited one month to meet with Director who was late to call. Given wrong job description, poor communication throughout process, lack of visibility in timeline.
