Interview
I applied to the Senior Analyst, RGM Strategy and Capabilities position. Recruiter got back to me within 1 - 2 weeks. They were very nice and enthusiastic to talk to. Asked basic questions about past experience and what I was looking for in a new position. They never answered my follow-up questions I sent in an email to them after that interview, so I recommend asking everything you can while you have them on the line or before signing with then. Got schedule for an 2nd interview within a week with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was one of the worst I've ever experienced. For starters, the hiring manager had a meeting schedule 3 minutes before the interview was supposed to start. No big deal though, emergencies happen, so I was happy to push it back 20 minutes for when they were done with the meeting. However, during the meeting the hiring manager was very unprofessional. They kept looking out their office window, biting their nails, and kept messing around with things on their desk. In the end, I felt the meeting was rushed along. The hiring manager asked me some questions about my experience and how I would fit within Kraft-Heinz, but when I was given the opportunity to ask questions they would cut me off multiple times before allowing me to finish my question so I would have to re-ask because his answer wouldn't align with what I was trying to ask. Ultimately, this interview process was not continued.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume. Why are you looking for a new opportunity? What about the Kraft-Heinz culture interests you?

Interview
Worst experience in all my years. I had 1 amazing with their recruiter. Probably the best interview of my life. She said the next step was a panel interview. I expected 5 people in 1 meeting like most panel interviews, then all of a sudden I get 5 different interview times emailed to me per person. I had to take a day of PTO just to sit at home for 5 different interviews. They went well, then when I was out of town, they said they missed a 6th person that should have been included so I had to schedule a quick interview while I was on vacation. After 7 interviews, I waited to hear back. Over several weeks, I sent several follow ups to the recruiter (the same one I had the most amazing conversation with) and she ghosted me. I was appalled that such a large company would have me do 7 interviews, some of which I took PTO for and did on vacation, just to ghost me and not have the nerve to tell me they were moving forward with other options.
