3 different steps in the interview process with the 3rd step being 4 separate 30 minute interviews with cross functional teams. The first two interviews are a phone screening and hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Nov 2010
Interview
Applied online, got a phone interview a month later. Finally got an onsite interview two months after the phone interview, and then two months later was told I didn't get the job. They seemed to have a hard time organizing enough people for me to talk to throughout the day. Gave a presentation to about 10 people, no tough questions. One on one talks with several people, mostly behavioral questions. Then a couple people grilled me on technical questions about "what would I do if this happened" scenarios.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Glenview, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Phone screeninf with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a hiring manager and finally an on site panel interview (several one-on-one, half hour interviews). The majority of the interviews were very conversational and mostly technical questions, with some behavioral questions. It was a very pleasant experience and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication from the recruiter. I ultimately was not offered the job due to not meeting all of the qualifications for the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Glenview, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview followed by an on-site interview with three people. In-face interviews were done separately. The company paid for my travel to and from the on-site interview as I was out-of-state at the time.
