1st-online assessment(more like adaptive testing) 2nd-hr interview (if chosen from the first round) after the 2nd one, I kept following up on further interview arrangements showing my proactiveness to help me win the opportunities. however, it was after three weeks I received a rejection because I don't have enough experience and knowledge in the sector.
it went smoothly, the question is very function focus, they value meritoracy a lot. i didnt get the internship. they asked about your project experiences. what are your strength and weakness. what do you see yourself in 5 years.

Interview
Het begon met een analytische test die je moest doen. Als u voor de test "geslaagd" was, leidde het proces tot een interview waarin u de vragen beantwoordde met opnamesoftware. Als je daarvoor slaagde, bestond de derde fase van het proces uit een interview met de recruiter, waarbij je de basisvragen over ervaring en persoonlijkheid stelde, samen met de cultuur van het bedrijf en hoe je jezelf in de omgeving ziet.
