The interview was pretty basic, questions about my experiences, my interest in the position etc. the interns were good interviewers but the managers asked irrelevant questions. Sometimes I would give an answer to his hypothetical scenarios, and he would say actually i was looking for a different answer and then just repeat what i said but wording it slightly differently. Also after saying the process was 3 rounds they added a 4th one out of nowhere.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was online, so it wasn't with an actual person. The questions were prerecorded and you have 3 minutes to come up with an answer and you are allowed to rerecord one time per question - 5 questions in total.

Question 1
First one was introduce yourself, another was why do you want to work with Kraft Heinz.
It was a series of evaluative questions that entailed situational dilemmas and description of personal attributes such as your biggest accomplishments. Overall was quite a quick interview with fixed questions and not much flexibility.
