Very culture centric and how you fit their values. It was a long and drawn out process that was overcomplicated for the specified role. There was preliminary phone calls for screening, assessment day which involved working in teams to solve games, as well as at least two other interviews with members of the firm.

Had an in person assessment day with a group task and 2x15 minute interviews followed by the next round, presentation about collaboration to the ANJ executive team in their boardroom
Hirevue 5 questions. 3 minutes to prepare, 2 to record
Normal questions "Tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work with us" and "Describe a time where you had to lead a team"

very quick response. 45 minutes psymetric assignement. 16 assignement in total. Only 3 days to complete it and the test can only be taken once a year. Prepare in advance.
