Interview with HR, then with the Manager, then Loop of 3 people, the VP, the Manager again and a person on the content team. The process was well managed although a little hectic with availability and timing of all parties.

Applied on-line. They call you and offer job interview. They have you fill out application again in the lobby. Make sure you bring all information from application and references. They give a interview with 3 different people. Expect process to take several hours. Expect tough questions of previous experience.

Interview
The people were very welcoming and laid back. During the whole interview process they just wanted to get to know you true personality and management style. The position I applied for was particular about how you would handle conflicts between employees and your management style. It would have been nice if they updated me with the interview process since it took about 3 months.
