A team of four "know it alls" asked about my experience in "food" I explained that I had thirty years experience in Grade A milk and have experience in restaurant ownership. At the end of the interview i was told that I had absolutly NO food experience and they were not interested in me.,

I was asked about how I handle conflict resolution as a manager in other industries, even though i was not seeking a supervisory position and as I recall none of the questions asked had anything to do with production
You get a phone interview if you pass that your invited to a in person interview they ask you the basic questions no hard at all after if they like you your invited to tour the facility and get a job offer
