      Buyer Interview

      Sep 27, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz

      Interview

The process was long and I felt like I had to jump through hoops and have many years experience. If it’s entry level, then let it be! I did 4 rounds 2 phone 2 video.

      Buyer Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018

      Interview

Let me start by saying this was worst interview experience of my life I feel like I could sue for emotional distress. I received a call from a recruiter who worked directly from Kraft. She interviewed me then said she would set up a call with another recruiter. After a few weeks she had not reached out and I emailed her to ask when the call would be and she said she "forgot" and would set something up. I finally had the call with another recruiter and from there an in person was set up. The in person was 4 hours long so I needed to take a full day off. The in person went well and I followed up with everyone I spoke to and the recruiter right afterwards. I never received any sort of follow up from anybody including the recruiter. I emailed her about 5 times over the course of 4 months and never received a response or a phone call. I emailed one of her superiors after 4 months and then received a call from her the next day. On the phone she said she did not respond to my many emails because the position was already taken but another team is interested in interviewing me. If I did not get the position that I took a full day off to interview for is that not her job to let me know its been filled so I am not sitting around wondering if I wasted my time? She told me another recruiter would reach out to me to set up an interview for the new position. For weeks I did not hear anything so I followed up with her. Of course no response. I also called her and her phone number was deactivated. If you are not interested in hiring me please let me know instead of wasting my time and ghosting me for months. I do not know if it was pure laziness on the recruiters end or what but this situation is not acceptable for a large corporation like Kraft Heinz.

      Buyer Interview

      Zeist

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Zeist) in Jul 2017

      Interview

Unfortunately I had an interview with an amateur recruiter. The interview (which was my third one) was called "Cultural fit" and last only 10' because the recruiter was late 10'. Between several questions, the recruiter asked me what were the values of the company, she also asked me why did I not apply for Unilever.. The interviewer told me she will give me an answer after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I sent her a reminder, according to her she already replied to me a week ago (which was not true) saying that unfortunately I did not pass because I did not fit the "job profile". I told her that is weird because we only spoke about cultural fit instead job profile. Then she called me and she told me I did not pass because I did not reply correctly what was the value of the company and I did not know the difference between Unilever and Kraft Heinz (which according to her the difference is that Unilever is a hierarchical company and Kraft is not.). I told her: "Well.. you didn't ask me what is the difference between them, you only asked me why didn't I apply to Unilever and I told you: because I did not see any vacancy for me there.. ". She stayed quiet and she said: Yes, but you didn't know the value of the company ... you replied quality, sustainability and we are good on that but is not our value. So unbelievable but true, my application was denied and that was the reason.
