Very well-organized interview process. Very quick communication and candid feedback. Did an initial phone screen with recruiter and then a four-person panel for the final interview. Interview was very fair with one business-case question that required some on-the-spot thinking but was a fair question.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (North Chicago, IL) in Apr 2012
Interview
As an internal candidate for a newly created position within my category I stepped up and offered input into the position description, responsibilities and requirements. I was interviewed via telephone, face to face and by a panel. It was often covert (they didn't want others to know they were interviewing for this position) lengthy and the supervisor interviewing for the position did not have a good grasp of what this position could accomplish for the company because he did not understand this new field.

Question 1
How will you create this value for the company? (They were still trying to understand the position and what it would do)
