Started with online games and a virtual interview. Waited about a week and was invited to interview over video. Then had two 30 minute video interviews with hr reps. Didn't make it to the final round.

For the recruiting process, I had to complete some Pymetrics tests. A few weeks later, I received this feedback: my results didn't meet the company's criteria. Although I accept the feedback, I still don't think Pymetrics is the best tool for accurately evaluating candidates and their ability to perform within the company.
