After submitting my application I was asked to complete a verbal, numerical and logical assessment. What stroke me, was that 4 out of 12 question of the numerical assessment were about valuation, which is related to finance and has nothing to do with logistics and the position I was applying for. The verbal assessment was very advanced, as if it was targeted to native English speakers only (Americans for example, since KraftHeinz is an American company). I overall felt that this assessment was not corresponding well to the position. The worst part however is that it's been 3 months and the company has not come back with a feedback regarding my application. I even sent them an email and they did not reply. This is extremely disrespectful to someone who took the tame to get prepared and conduct this assessment.
