Stages include: Online Assessment, Video Interview, Assessment Day. Video interview included around 8 questions centred around the candidate, their leadership abilities and company culture, particularly the notion of 'ownership'. Assessment Day included individual interviews followed by group tasks in which you were put into groups of 5 and given a booklet of information to use in order to make a business pitch for a new Heinz product.
