Lots of online tests, games and then a skype interview. This was followed by an email asking for me to go to an assessment centre in Milan (3 days later). They organised my flights and accommodation and flew me to Milan (and covered the costs of transport and meals when I was out there). About 30 of us at the assessment day, halved at lunchtime before a final panel interview in the afternoon.
