I was reached on LinkedIn, asking me if I were interested in the graduate program. I said I was, then I applied online. After few days I received the email where I was asked to “play” games on Pymetrics. The point is that the “score” in my games does not meet the Kraft Heinz Criteria. I appreciate these new ways of doing recruitment process, but I am not able to understand how I can be evaluated through a “game”. Actually the games were cool, but in my opinion is impossible to evaluate a person experience and background with a game. I am so disappointed by such recruitment process.

Video interview (AI assessed - generic questions), followed by Skype interview with a current trainee (relaxed, informal chat-style interview), then another Skype interview with a senior leader. Final stage was an assessment centre conducted virtually - group task about salad cream given (info is given 24 hours in advance) where we each had to take on different roles e.g. marketing, sales finance etc. and make choices as a group and present our product idea. The second half of AC was an interview with two senior leaders, was quite tough & seems they were looking for someone very resilient who seeks lots of responsibility.
