Worked with a recruiter who put me in touch with local plant - interview included phone screening and in person interview at the facility. The in-person interview included a group panel with two different panels one of fellow production supervisors and the other of managers and more expierenced people in the plant

Communication is with their Hr which always is active even Saturday and Sunday, in the last interview I found out there is no diversity there,

Panel interview with members of leadership. Very professional environment with behavioral style of questions regarding past employment. Everyone was courteous and respectful of the allotted time allowed for the interview. The series of questions were not hard and were based off of your past experience
