Few different rounds with various levels and people, everyone really nice. All asked similar questions about previous experience. Had positive things to say about the culture and their tenures there

1) Resume screen (30 minutes) with recruiter, 2) behavioral interview (30 minutes) with hiring manager, 3) technical interview (30 minutes) with team member, 4) decision round with leadership and HR (four interviews, 30 minutes each)

Long and waste of time. Waited one month to meet with Director who was late to call. Given wrong job description, poor communication throughout process, lack of visibility in timeline.
