Assessment + Skype Interview The initial online assessment was fine. But the interview... I was interviewed by an HR INTERN (because the hiring manager was off). Not even a single question on the vacancy and my relevant experience. Got an email saying: 'there were other candidates who have a better fit with the profile' Kraft, is this the way you consider a fit with a particular position, a.k.a - Where somebody see himself in 5 years?! Absolutely awful experience. Lost my time. Never again, Kraft...
