The interviews were all very fast paced and upbeat. There were three rounds of interviews in total the first one was a 15 minute phone interview with someone from their University Recruiter team. She was very insightful and very helpful. The second interview was with a member of their HR team. It was another phone interview, this time lasting 30 minutes and very straightforward and a lot more serious than the first one. The final interview is when they fly you out to their headquarters in Chicago.

First round was a screen, second round was a phone interview with a member of the HR team and a follow up with the Hiring Manager. Questions were mainly behavioral-based. Both interviewers I spoke with were friendly and easy to talk to. The only thing that struck me as odd was that the position I applied for on the website was located in Chicago, but during the interview they said I would be located in Arkansas.
