Kraemer Design Services interview questions

Before interview I received an email from the admin person with a virus in it. Admin person admitted her email was hacked and stated her emails contained virus. Offered no remorse or plan to correct my infected computer they ruined. Interview process was a complete joke. Individuals doing interview wanted candidates to sell them a solution and solve problems company had in an 1 hr interview all the while the company has no intent on hiring for the position in the first place. Company using candidate interviews/answers to solve problems and get free advice. Several times during the interview they would brag about wasting candidates time on purpose to get recommendations on how to improve company with no need or want to actually hire for the position being advertised. Zero leadership, interview was disorganized, unclear expectations. Company had no clear plan or path for job being offered. Complete waste of of time. One interviewer asked the question of when has my integrity been questioned and proceeded to provide me with his definition of the word integrity which was completely inaccurate. Bottom line is the company has zero integrity especially from leadership: clearly the true definition of integrity is lacking at this company…. Real definition of integrity means that you live in accordance to your deepest values, you're honest with everyone, and you always keep your word. Integrity is a highly valued trait, especially in leaders. This company doesn’t have integrity. Period.
