The interview process consisted of several stages and was well organized overall. I had multiple interviews, including a final interview with the Vice President. The discussions covered my background, business partnering experience, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost accounting. There were also behavioral questions and discussions about real business scenarios. The interviewers were professional and respectful throughout the process. However, the process was quite extensive given the apparent level of the role, and the final outcome suggested the company may have been looking for a more junior profile than initially expected.
