      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kohler Co. in Aug 2008

      Interview

      The selection process consisted of an Aptitude test which contained basic questions on English Language, Quantitative ability, Problem solving, Jumbled words, Image tests. Following the test there were two rounds of interview. The first round of Interview was with HR Manager and was more like a personal get to know inteview. The second round of interview was with the head of the plant. He focussed more on asking what we did & also on briefing about the company & its business in India. He also told about the job requirements for the position applied. Selected people were asked to appear for the psychometric test after 2-3 days of the interview.
