Koerner Distributor interview questions

Laid back. Quick tour around the warehouse . Maybe around 4 guys interviewed me and answered all their questions. Seemed like a good company to work for and would recommend to a friend.

E-mailed a picture of my self to the supervisor and talked a little about myself and experience already working in the industry. Pretty much got hired on the spot. It may be different for others who apply for the job based on appearance. For those who don't have experience, it may be hard to get the job because it is a competitive industry.
