Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They outline well on their website what you should expect. It was all pretty much as described and everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. However, I found after a certain point in the process communication on when I should expect responses was extremely lacking and made it very hard to stay up to date on the process.

I enjoyed talking to the team. It really smooth. The process is clear and fast, last around 2-3 weeks. The hiring manager was really professional and have a clear structure in her mind.

There are multiple rounds to the interview process. First an initial phone screening and an analytics test to determine your Excel and analytics knowledge. Following are interviews with two panels of employees and then with upper management

Interview
Pre recorded video interview, phone screen with team lead, take home test, and in person interview split into two half hour segments with 5 different people total. My take home test was above and beyond and it was clear not a single person who interviewed me took a look at it, which seems extremely disrespectful to me. Why give someone a time consuming take home if it’s not looked at? They also never responded after this interview, despite being responsive prior to the last interview. After dedicating my time to fully seeing this process through, you think they’d have the decency to follow up.
