Hired after an impromptu interview with a regional manager after the manager the interview was scheduled with could not be found.
The interview was focused less on being a photographer, but more focused on sales.

Interview
The interview process was very quick they ask you . What is your past experience like and how do you handle certain situations. If you are fluent in other languages it's an extra bonus. If you are cheerful and self motivated it gives them extra reason why to higher you.

You apply online and wait for a response from the manager from that site you applied at.
They will then ask for you to send your resume
S/he will set up a time for an interview.
Interview process was smooth, just general questions. ( good with people, previous experience, how good are you with cameras, etc.)
He hired me on spot but I heard he brought a few back for another interview.

Question 1
There really weren't any difficult questions at all. It was pretty much just general personal questions and nothing about the actual job, everything you needed to know was learned after you were hired.
