Interview
I had a 30 minute phone interview with this company. The questions were about how I handled difficult situations, people, etc. as well as what my strengths and weaknesses were. None of them had anything to do with whether or not I could do the job.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult person." Subsequent questions were about difficult situations, a time I had to go to my supervisor about a problem, etc.
