      Office Manager Interview

      Mar 8, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Reno, NV
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Koch (Reno, NV) in Nov 2014

      Interview

The Interview Process for this corporation is a long tedious one. From start to finish for the position I applied for, was a two month process. I interviewed with: • Phone Interview HR Recruiter Face to face interviews with the following: • On Site Director (around an hour and half) A different date and time for the following interviews this took place via Video Conference (3 hour interview meeting with each for 45-60 minutes with each of the following people) • VP Human Resources • Off Site Director • Manager Human Resources The following week, a phone call • HR Recruiter

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions that were asked were routine, asking you to think of a time(s) and situation(s) where you had to perform a task, asking how you did it and what the outcome was. If you've ever researched Interviewing Skills the questions were all in line with the human resource/hiring process. The interviewer is trying to get a feel for your experience, your personality, you work ethnic all in one hour.
