Interview process was fascinating and very different than most I have undergone. It was very clear from the beginning that Arya and Samir (the CEO and COO) who I interviewed with were very switched on, quick, and looking to assess my abilities in a number of ways. They both asked great questions and really challenged my spur-of-the-moment thinking.
