Interview
It was a short and easy process. One interview that really was about personality and experience. They wanted to make sure you were a good fit for the office as you generally work in 4-5 person teams throughout the summer. It is a long job if you do not get along with people.

Interview
Working for any political office...it's all about who you know. I was referred by a friend and got the job. It's a great place to work because of the benefits. However, the pay could be a lot better.
