3 Interviewers:
1 to ask scripted questions related to sql
1 to ask scripted questions related to .net
1 to talk to you and make sure you are a culture fit for the company.
The questions were very scripted and very out of book, that's really hard to remember if you not working with it daily or just finished reading the docs, for both sql and .net
Also there was a white board part right to end of the time, where the interviewers were like, "we only have five minutes but lets do a quick white board exercise". In theory white board is to follow your line of thought and how you articulate yourself, so I tried to just explain the logic from the top of my mind without going up and writing it, but making sure everybody was following me, to a point where one of the interviewers got up and wrote it down in the white board. Eventually I got the news i didn't get the offer because "there was something wrong on my white board exercise". Which in my mind means I didn't get the offer because my spoken code wasn't compiling/right.
