Interview
There are two sets of interviews: the initial intake and then a more in depth involving situational awareness and safety. Both just want a feel for who you are and what you can bring to the company. The interviewers were nice and welcoming.

They asked about my experience, problem solving skills, and situational awareness.
It was really easy. They asked me why I wanted to work there. The interviewer was very nice and very welcoming. They also pulled out a list of other job positions.
