The most difficult part was the assessment questions online. The face-to-face interview was a formality. It seems that they only call you in if they're serious. So it's basically your job to lose at this point unless you fail the background test. It took a few weeks for the background check though. I was interviewed by HR and met one of the department managers.

What did you do when the customer was upset about something? If you saw someone stealing something, would you report it? Do you like helping people?
Pretty easy. Walked in and was asked my desire pay and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Interview was taken in a closet though so that was a little weird.
