Pretty easy. Walked in and was asked my desire pay and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Interview was taken in a closet though so that was a little weird.

I filled out the form online. I must have aced the personality exam because it prompted me to set up an interview right there! The first interview was pretty basic. They wanted to know what my customer service and sales experience was like. The second one was with the store manager and focused more situation-oriented. After that, they offered me a job and we did the paperwork tango.
