You apply, get a test which they basically ask you the same questions in different forms it lasts for an hour. You get an email you call, set up an interview they will hire you on the spot. They ask you your availability which makes no sense cause they will make your work days and hours you specified you can not work!!! They show you around, if you accept they give a name tag that looks like a preschooler made. A locker that is a box sized. A tshirt that will fade and shrink after to washes in the cycle. They are desperate they will hire anyone. And congrats you just sold your soul to the devil.
interview was easy, went through 2, one was through the phone and the other interview was with the manager. it was an easy process, the questions that were asked were basic questions.

Great, very welcoming, loved the space I would interview there again. 3 step process, I met with the CEO of Kmart it was amazing such a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work at Kmart
easy, it was straight forward and so fun and just a great time. i almost was going to not go because i was so nervous but everyone was so kind and wlecoming
