Some key highlights - IQ test... people get so mad about this. Just study. They give you the examples and resources. You also have a week to study before doing it. I found plenty of resources online and all it took was doing practice tests a few times to get good at it. I don't think it's a good measure if your ability either, but it sure will weed out anyone who just is being lazy and refuses to prepare. More companies are doing these, just take some time, I spent all of 4 hours preparing for it. - Take home. Implement the product in a sec environment and optionally write up steps. This took me a few hours to do and wasn't too difficult if you've ever implemented and API before. Just take the time and read the documentation when needed -Group. You get to show a power point discussing their core BNPL product. All very standard after that.
