Interview
I applied online for a position and within minutes of sending my application I received an email taking me to an online technical assesment test. 12h following this I got a rejection email saying I hadn't scored high enough on the test and they wouldn't move on with my application.
Being rejected is part of the job hunting process however I do believe that this test alone doesn't give you an accurate image of applicants and Klarna may very well miss talented candidates with this "lazy" approach.
The position I applied for required knowledge on how to implement change and best practices for an organisation and their employees, having a test like this to then reject someone seems rather ironic.

Interview
I first got to take a sequence logic test, and then had a 1to1 meeting with someone from the recruitment team. The call lasted 20 minutes. Typical questions where asked.
