Included a telephone interview, which was more just an informal chat with the hiring manager, an online logical reasoning test based around pattern recognition, a video interview with a senior manager who was based in Stockholm, which was based around behavioral competencies and cultural fit, and a face to face interview in London with a senior manager and head of, which included a review of my skills and experience to date, motivations for joining, some competency questions (example of a time you did x, y, z) and some more general questions aimed at understanding how you handle situations. In particular, I felt that they liked to ask questions that gauge how you deal with problems and difficult situations / stakeholders etc. The whole process moved pretty quickly.
