I completed an application and was asked to do a one-way video interview. I emailed back requesting a real interview over Zoom or Google Meet but the email they contacted me from was a no-reply email. I completed the interview and no one ever got back to me—total waste of time, inconsiderate, rude, unserious. I find that companies who tend to ask for these kinds of interviews are r*cist and only looking to meet quotas and gather information they never plan to use.
