Step 2: Screener with Recruiter
Step 3: Homework assignment: 45 minute presentation, which took several hours to prepare
Step 4: On-site (virtual) interview panel (45 minute presentation + 45 minutes with each of the 3 panelists)
Note:
- Never met Hiring Manager
- Recruiter was unorganized and unresponsive
