Several rounds of interviews, first with a recruiter, then a technical interview, then a "full-day" interview at the office. The process moved fairly fast, first two interviews went fairly fast. Was in February 2024

HR phone screen, Software technical interview, Machine learning technical interview, team interview Software interviewers were inattentive and doing other things during the interview. Machine learning interviewers were 15 minutes late. Questions were not difficult but interviewers seemed disappointed that provided answers were not the ones they had in mind - despite being functional and adequate solutions. Kitware also lied on the job posting. It noted a remote position but then on the third interview was notified it required relocating across the country with no alternative. Kitware kept changing the interview process as well, adding interviews when I was previously told an interview was the last. They seem disorganized and as if they do not know how to conduct interviews. Overall very disappointed in Kitware and I would not recommend anyone to undergo their interview process; it was a waste of time and it gives the impression they are not interested in candidates that can perform the role.
