Phone interview first before being given an on-site interview. Interview with two supervisors and a technical trainer in a panel style. It was very enjoyable especially when the interviewers are very easy to talk to. Just be prepared to talk about your aseptic techniques and understanding of SOPs.
Enthusiasm and agreement to all of their terms will get your far. Negotiation does not exist. You are at their mercy since they bring on so many contractors that they rarely make full-time.

I was referred to the position through a friend who already worked at the company. The first contact with the HR was via email, to schedule a phone call within the next couple of days. After the phone call, I was contacted by the recruiter with the decision via email.
