After being contacted by a recruiter, I spoke with a woman from HR, that seemed to be so unprepared to speak with me. She had questions for me and I felt like I was interviewing her. Although, I had over 20 years of experience in the current field they felt I wasn't qualified because they were looking for someone with LTC experience.
