Procedure takes lot of time. There are 3 round 1. Aptitude :- it was quite difficult and not easy to crack, if you have solved hard sums on quants, then it is easy to crack else not. 2. Technical :- a. Parse the string using array or text area and make count of each. b. Text area or string array should accept 500 character , it should give warning and return negative value 3. HR

First round was aptitude of 30 question in 45 minutes which was very easy and second round was of coding which was difficult .It can be written in any language.I have chosen java so I found it difficult to code without netbeans.
