I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kiplinger (Washington, DC) in May 2018
Interview
It wasn't too difficult, minus the skills test we had to take. It wasn't easy either, due to the almost 2 hour long interview process. Overall, the employers were down to earth and were very friendly.

Do you think you can handle this *workload* every day?

Interview
I did a phone interview and got a second interview. At the second interview I was interviewed by four different individuals, essentially the whole Ad Ops department. I then did a ten minute Excel Skill Test. After being told that I was the department head's first choice and essentially had the job, they told me they were most likely hiring a full time person instead. When I followed up, they just never emailed me back, which seemed pretty unprofessional to me.
