I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid (Madrid)
Interview
I was referred to this school by a talent agency in London who found my profile online. I underwent three online interviews, suggesting it had come down to myself and one other candidate. I never heard back from the talent recruiter or the school. When I finally inquired at Kings, they suggested I ‘not use that talent agency’ which was incomprehensible. The interview process was excessive, at times it felt overly intrusive. Ironically, both representatives of Kings no longer work there as is consistent with what we are hearing about Inspired work places across Europe and elsewhere.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid (Madrid) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was based on the teachers' standards. They were questions just asking about how I am with respect to the standards. Whether I differentiate and give examples. Whether I do dynamic things and to give examples.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid in May 2024
Interview
Three interviews stages. Some face to face, some online also a visit to the school.
Started at a jobs fair then the heads invited me to more staged interviews. First with the department then with the school head.
