Sent resume via email, communicated via phone, and contacted for one interview. After being hired, a packet for finger printing, testing, and benefits along with a description of the company was given.
The interviewer was very pleasant with a welcoming affect. She was a very good representative for the company. She made me feel comfortable to explore the interview process further. A first impression is so important.
