The interview process was straightforward and easy to navigate. The test was in the form of a letter, which was a nice touch. The interview itself consisted of competency-based questions, allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively. I enjoyed the role and felt the management team was both supportive and approachable throughout the process.
