Initial phone call, following by in-person interview, followed by a technical question which I worked on at home and sent in via email to the hiring manager. I met with 3-4 individuals at the in-person interview and was offered a tour of the facility.

Interview
Met with a man and a lady, interview went well. Second interview with higher up person in sales was going well until it came to Salary of position, when the higher up person would not disclose salary or talk about it. It was strange. What seemed great abruptly ended when they asked me about my salary expectations. I would’ve thought they would and could do some basic negotiations.

They had me do all the standard stuff and then take an aptitude test like a college SAT, when they said it was more like a personality style test. Crazy!

My interview was by phone. It lasted approx. 45 min. It was a preliminary , first step interview with one HR person. I was invited to an in person interview the following week.
