Interview
The initial interview was in-person and quite long. They asked a series of questions and went to great lengths to make it seem conversational and relaxed. After this, I was accepted to the second stage of interviews, where I was required to submit a written component of an email, steps of how I would resolve a problem at the front desk, and how I might interact with a difficult client.

The interview process was very casual. Submitted my resume then I got invited for an interview. I then went to their office in Makati and waited for HR to begin interviewing me

They asked me about about myself. What were my interest, hobbies and the things I did online. They also asked me to give them 3 strengths and weaknesses about myself and why. They told me to give experiences where I displayed leadership quality and also asked me about my work experience
