Kinectrics Structural Engineer 3 interview questions

This was probably the most awkward interview I have ever sat in on and that says a lot, because I'm very experienced in interviewing. The engineers came off as uncomfortable with interview. For what the interviewers lacked in interpersonal skills, they more than made up for in technical background. I could tell from our brief conversation that the supervisors and management for the Civil/Structural team have a very strong technical background.
